Meals
Catering - Friday to Sunday
Ignite Conference is a catered conference (Friday to Sunday). To enable smooth catering processes, you will choose your menu type during registration. An indicative menu is provided below. All meals are nut and shellfish free.

Food Trucks - Thursday
Dinner isn’t provided on Thursday night, but we will have a number of food trucks onsite to purchase from during the Registration and Festival time.
Coffee & Snacks
A coffee van and canteen will be onsite throughout the event.
BYO Meals Option
Those with particularly sensitive dietary needs or who would feel more comfortable providing their own food can choose the ‘No Meals’ option during registration.
Those who choose this option will receive a voucher that can be used at the IY store during the conference or our online store during September-October. Full time delegates (adult/high) will receive a $50 voucher. Part-time delegates (eg day/weekend) will receive a voucher appropriate to their registration.
NB. The ‘no meals’ option does not apply to Ignite Kids, as they already have a simpler menu. Please contact us if your child has particularly sensitive needs, and if a parent will be present at the conference to provide any required meals.
Nut Free Venue
Please note that it is a nut-free venue. If you are bringing meals or snacks onsite, please ensure they do not contain nuts.
Transport
Parking
All delegates are recommended to use the parking on the basketball courts at Yardley Ave. Entry to the basketball court is via a loop around parish buildings. Carpark ushers will be onsite during peak times to direct you.

Please follow directions from our volunteer parking ushers.
Parking in the area can be a challenge and our attendants will be working hard and keeping a big smile on their face. We recommend car-pooling where possible.
Please do not use the carpark that surrounds the Cathedral and Centacare buildings. Even if you see bays available, these are needed for others using these buildings.
Drop Off Zones
Limited short term drop off/pick up is available at the end of Yardley Ave. for all delegates, including Ignite Kids.
[Please note, the drop off zone at the front of St Leo’s College at Woolcott Ave may not be available due to roadworks this week.]

Public Transport
Train:
Waitara train station is approx 400 metres from the venue. When exiting the station, walk down Yardley Ave and the entrance to the conference is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Bus:
Bus routes 587, 588 and 589, use the Yardley Ave bus stop..
